Has anyone of you know Mafia Wars on facebook? I am hooked I like this game, because I can win millions in just a few clicks and buy lot of properties with it. I just wish that I have that too in real life. Earning million is just a few clicks.

I am not really living the good life. Its 4:30 Am and I am still awake. I just finished a Construction Plan for the Paranaque Residential renovation. I should have done it a long time ago, but with my unbelievable schedule I can't make it work in the past days, either I had to work over time in the office or I am just too damn tired to work still at home. I am still too tired to work, but I had no choice I have to finish this layout because I am already paid for it. The way my life is going the only nice thing to do is to check the miami personals to meet wonderful people to brighten up my day.

Its 4:30 AM I'm Still awake!

I had to finish a Full Contruction plan tonight, make that this morning, for submittal. I am glad that I was able to finish it. All I have to do now is to email it to my client.

Rest House Design

My next project is to design a rest house for a retiree. His lot is on a sloping class A subdivision in Antipolo. It is a really nice property on top of the whole subdivision a really nice view. His lot is located on a U-shape road, meaning his house is surrounded by the road and is will be the only one house on that block. A perfect project to showcase my design. Perfect for me, a really nice location with a really good view, a nice client with a good taste and no budget to consider. The client is filthy rich and just wanted to build his dream house befure he dies. The best part is that if he likes my design on this project he still commission me to do the design for the other project, this time a Duplex Residential for his kids. I am thinking of a Modern Oriental feel for his house and just spice it up with a few western furniture.

I need to sleep

 I have been working endlessly for the past 2 weeks, at least 16 hours of work in the office for Manila Peninsula Renovation Project and at least 3 hours of work at home, eithing or my own projects or just blogging. I feel so tired most of the time. I should be, I am working non-stop for the whole 2 weeks, even on weekends and now even on Holiday. I'll be working in the office tomorrow for another full day of over time, not just that we are also requested to world not just the whole day but also the whole night. We are doing the "overnight over time" I am bringing my nap mat , and even if they say that we are suppose to work all night I will still sneak in some shut eye on my
 nap roll. I don't care if they get angery, but I don't think they will. It is humans nature to sleep, but sadly we are being warred of that for the past 2 weeks.

I am so tired already, but I can't leave them with that project. I am new to the company and as a newbie I am suppose to show them that I can take all this. I am up for the challenge, 3 weeks straight of no decent sleep. I really should be ordering my monogramed gift for little j and for me. I am so pleased with the Photobook and I should have ordered 2 more if I am not too busy.

Party Planning

Its that time of the year again. I am planning little J's 4th birthday party, I wanted to go to Disneyland but she really wont accept my offer. She is still scared of mascots so I opted to plan a party for her.

Venue: Kiddo Academy Development Center
Theme: Circus/ Carnival
Decor: Clown Standee and a lot of buntings in lots of colors, or course baloons.
Cake: I'll order from Goldilocks and add cupcakes.

How's the weather

I know I've been absent for awhile, but as I said I am just too busy. I got 2 new projects, my own. A Residential Renovation in Paranaque and an Interior Design Project in Makati. I still have tons of work in the office, I still have to go to office on all of the Holidays. Even on Maundy Thursday and Black Friday. Surprisingly, I have been adapting well, other than the new pimples on my forehead I think I still feel good healthwise, even if I only get 3 to 4 hours of sleep every night. Heck, I still have the energy to write this post. What irritates me more now is the weather, it is so hot! I can't stand the heat, maybe that is another reason why I still can't fall asleep.I wonder if the weather in Arizona real estate is as hot as ours. I hope I will be doing more New Home Developments in the future so that I can earn a lot of moolah.
