This blog started as a journal for my then 2 year old daughter, hence the title sweet, pretty and naughty, where I wrote her "first" adventures as a toddler. Weight loss journal Day 1
Since I choose to make myself better, in everything about me. My life, my health my weight. This is my first day. My chart looks awful. I hope I'll progress now. I really need to lose weight before December.
