Designing my own place

I can not wait to move in and design my own place. When little J and I went to see the condo, it got me excited. It is very small, not that attractive, but I wanted to take it. In fact I'll be willing to take something smaller than that. My only qualification for the place is that it should be really close to little J's school, and it is in fact all she has to do is ride the elevator down. I want a place that is small but inviting. I don't need beautiful, I don't need extravagant, just a simple flat where we can be on our own. My worry is the yaya. I have to get a nanny for little J since I will be going to work, but I can also make her go to school everyday now, since its very close. She can stay there the whole day, learning and having fun. At least in school, I'm sure that she is going be safe. She will be taken care of.

I have a lot of ideas already for the condo. Since I am on a very tight budget I will not buy any furniture yet. I will just spruce it up with a few decors from

the painting are just so beautiful and I'm sure it will liven up the place.
