The Case of the Missing Lillipo

Last night, Mama came home from a hotel launching with her she brought home a lot of treats too. Most are lollipops, little J was already asleep when she arrived so she had to wait for morning to give her the treats.

This morning, as soon as little J woke up Mama excitingly gave her the treats, one lollipop at a time and she has to get her pumpkin basket and say trick or treat to get it. That was a fun way of waking up indeed.

Before preparing for work little J showed me her almost full pumpkin basket, lots of lollipos indeed so I ride along and ask to have one. At first she was giving me the apple flavor and I said I dont like the that. I told her that I like the blue one the "cola" flavor. So she searched in her basket and find me one. I got it and went to bath. I must have put it on top of the table, I really dont remember. So as usual I am always in a hurry preparing for work, I forgot about the lollipop.

At work a few minutes ago, I'm starting to get hungry and i didn't bring any crackers for snacks, I usally bring some for snack time in the office. But since I'm in a hurry I totally forgot, so I remembered, if only I remembered to bring the lollipop it would be nice to much on a little seet tooth before lunch. Since I remembered about the lunch I checked on it to see just how much food I got, then I saw the "blue cola flavored" lollipop in my bag, right beside my lunch. I figured, little must have put it in my bag while I was taking a bath.

She is just so sweet, "she was thoughtful enough to think that I am going to forget about it again to she made the liberty of putting it in my bag". I really love this kid, she has so much love over flowing to all of us. I wish that I'll be as sweet and thoughtful as she is, I have a lot too learn from her. I hope most people are as sweet and kind, just like a 3 year old little girl like little J, and not be nasty.

Missing Kids Ahoy

We wasnt able to go back to Kids for a time now. We were suppose to join them last Sept 27 for the nature trip at La Mesa Ecopark, but we didnt go because I thought the weather will be bad, we went the next day instead with tha family.

But finally, we are going back tomorrow for the Halloween PArty, Im sure its going to be fun. Hope my camera will work tomorrow so that I can show you the pics of the party.

A Virtual Murder

Has anyone heard of this news?

A woman whose "husband" divorced her in an online game is jailed for killing his avatar

TOKYO: A 43-year-old Japanese woman whose sudden divorce in a virtual game world made her so angry that she killed her online husband's digital persona has been arrested on suspicion of hacking, police said Thursday.

The woman, who is jailed on suspicion of illegally accessing a computer and manipulating electronic data, used his identification and password to log onto popular interactive game "Maple Story" to carry out the virtual murder in mid-May, a police official in northern Sapporo said on condition of anonymity, citing department policy.

"I was suddenly divorced, without a word of warning. That made me so angry," the official quoted her as telling investigators and admitting the allegations.

The woman had not plotted any revenge in the real world, the official said.



She has not yet been formally charged, but if convicted could face a prison term of up to five years or a fine up to $5,000.

Players in "Maple Story" raise and manipulate digital images called "avatars" that represent themselves, while engaging in relationships, social activities and fighting against monsters and other obstacles.

The woman used login information she got from the 33-year-old office worker when their characters were happily married, and killed the character. The man complained to police when he discovered that his beloved online avatar was dead.

How Often do I use Twitter?

Honestly, I don't use it much, in fact I don't use it at all. I not the type of blogger that is into so much chatting. I like to write about my personal stuff. That is how this blog came about in the first place. I use this blog to keep moments that I'd like to have forever. It would be nice to read about our memories after a long time. This way it will not be erased that easily, unlike in PDA's and laptops, which I used to do. My PDA crashed on me a few years ago, and all my text messages and my daughters milestones when she was a baby was there. Then early this year, my laptop also broke down with a lot of other memories, pictures too. Even office files and legal documents. So I learned my lesson it is better to write it down here and keep in the biggest library there is, the world wide web.

A lot of other chatting and social networks has come out too. I do have accounts in a lot of them but i seldom open and use it. My time online is mostly on writing post and hoping around the blogosphere. So do I use twitter, no I don't. You can say that I am a newbie in this stuff, I blogged for a long time now, but I ha vent been around that much to know more about it. I don't even know how to plurk, I do its just that I don't use it that much, unlike others who loves to plurk.

Christmas Wish List # 6

It is either this one or wishlist # 5. They are about the same cost, but I dont know which one will be practical in terms of educational progress of little J and durability. I am afraid that the tag read pen is easy to lose. But I love it that it will teach little J to be more indipendent.

Designing my own place

I can not wait to move in and design my own place. When little J and I went to see the condo, it got me excited. It is very small, not that attractive, but I wanted to take it. In fact I'll be willing to take something smaller than that. My only qualification for the place is that it should be really close to little J's school, and it is in fact all she has to do is ride the elevator down. I want a place that is small but inviting. I don't need beautiful, I don't need extravagant, just a simple flat where we can be on our own. My worry is the yaya. I have to get a nanny for little J since I will be going to work, but I can also make her go to school everyday now, since its very close. She can stay there the whole day, learning and having fun. At least in school, I'm sure that she is going be safe. She will be taken care of.

I have a lot of ideas already for the condo. Since I am on a very tight budget I will not buy any furniture yet. I will just spruce it up with a few decors from

the painting are just so beautiful and I'm sure it will liven up the place.

Toast Masters

I went to Toast Masters Club yesterday, on the suggestion of my bost. It's for me to develope my confidence more, and maybe enhance my English proficiency. I was hesitant at first, because of a lot things. Time would be one, insterad of going home, I'll have to spend time with this people first than being with my daughter. Then the social thingy, I'm not a very social person. I'm more of an introvert, I keep to myself most of my emotions, maybe that's why I got hooked in blogging. I don't like gathering much, especially with people I dont know very well, but I have to go. It's for my own development, I am very lucky because of all the employees I'm the only one who gets the privilage of joining this club in my companies expense. I'm just nervous, I dont like to meet people, I dont even like them looking at me.
But, my boss is right, I've lost the confidence. How and why this happend is another post.

I arrived just on time, actually a few minutes late about 10mins late, but its ok. I didn't even prepared to look decent, I came in my jeans and over sized, over used black blouse. I was thinking they will be the all made up bunch. The richy, richy, beso-beso kind of group. But Im lucky I was wrong. They are very normal people, dressed in rugged jeans and shirt too. One is an attorney, one is an HR head, then the Finance manager, then a business woman. By profession You'll know that they are on a certain stature, the kind of people that Im afraid to meet. But I was wrong they are very accomodating, friendly and a bunch of wacky people.

I am looking for a website that hasUSA Phones Numbers because I would like to call my cousin Eidrian who is coming here by December. I bought a toy over at Ebay for little J, and to save on the shipping cost, I asked him if I can just if it shipped to his place in San Diego for lesser cost of shipping. Thank God he agreed, if not, I will have to pay for $15 more on top of the $27 price of the item. I checked it from the tracking link of the courier ans, it says that he received it already. I already emailed him to check if the toy is working but, unfortunately, I think he is too busy to check it. That's why I really need to call him.

Im Moving Out

I'm moving out by January next year, right now, I'm looking for a nice place to stay. I would like to stay in Mandaluyong Area, specifically GA Tower because that's where my daughter is studying. With my calculations I think I can have the second floor rented out for my office mates. Right now, they are also renting bedspaces around Makati at 2000 per month, that's exactly how much I will rent out the place, then I'll shoulder the rest of the monthly expense. I can do my thing like blogging if I'm on my own, I can even check out Michigan Cougars site and find new friends there.

Roller Coaster Ride

My life has been a roller roaster ride, a lot of times I'm right below, and as slowly and streneoulsy I climb up in a split second I'll be back down again. There are even times the my life is so wrecked that I feel like I can be upside down, screaming, but cannot move a thing. Just there, being so scared with nothing that I can do. But as I get deaper in to the sh*t hole, feeling restless, hopeless I just stay there. Just letting ride go its way and soon it will be over. I just have to put eyeglasses on my mind to see it clearly.

That's just how life is. A lot of struggle at lot of screaming and tumbling, but as soon as its over you'll have a sigh of relief and have a happy feeling. But then again the jerk that we all are, we always go back to the same ride, slowly climb again, then just fall fall right through it. Why do we like that? Why do we always go back to the same scray right that feels like our hearts are jumping off our chest? Why do we go back and find ourselves screaming, sometimes crying when we thought we cannot take it anymore.

One thing, I'm sure of, no matter how scared we all are, no matter how sad, hopeless we feel while we are on that ride, we always, we always come out of it, alive, unscratched more vigorous and down right just happy. Why because we stayed there, we just let the rails guide us through it. Sure, we all had the worst feelings while being there, but we will always come out. Why because we believed that it will be over soon. This is how life is, we screamed, cried, get scared, hopeless, but God wont let us be there always. That's what I'm holding on to, that hope, that this will all be over. I can waste my life being sad and scared about everything, but I can also choose to just enjoy the ride, scream with excitement not fear, cry but soon I will step out of this ride and feel so happy that I was able to conquer it. All I have to do is believe that God will get me through it, I'll just stay put in my seat and let the his rails guide me out of it.

May December Affairs

Why would I even be thinking of him. I don't even have his phone number maybe I can do aNationwide Phone Lookup anymore. I don't know why suddenly, all the memories are coming back. Maybe it is because soon it's going to be his birthday. I can still remember that the last day that we talked was his birthday. I thought everything was going to be ok, since we talked the night before and he even told me to take care of our baby that "She is God's gift to us". Then the next day, everything is gone. Kids Say the Darnest Things#2

We are at home after day in the office, little J invited her cousing LJ to go up and play. They played in the living room while I prepare dinner. I noticed that little J was turning around, just spinning like a top. Whe was turning around and around. Then she will stop. She try so hard to kep her balance, of course she will get dizzy after spinning like that.

So the two of them, kep on doing that, spinning then stopping trying to keep their balance. I just watched them, they will smile when they stopped. I was curious of what was going in their heads then I heard little J say this.

Little J: Galing! Gumagalaw yung bahay! Umiikot! Wow! the house is moving, it's turning around in circles.
Galing! Umiikot pa rin, Pero hindi nasisira!
Wow! it keeps on turning, but it doesnt brake!

"MMM" Mom!

I fund this while looking for the next Christmas Wishlist for Little J. I cant help but smile and remember what this toys means to us.
When little J was just learning to talk, this was the her first teacher, other than me of course. She was just 8 or 9 months old, when Nong nong gave this to her. She Its simple, you will just push a button and the button will say the letter and how it sounds and a word that starts with it. She was just listening ang giggling everytime she plays. Then one morning I heard her say, "Mom". The first time, then I asked her to repeat it, she pushed the button first. The letter "M" then the toy said "Mmmmm" for "Mom", then she repeated it she said "Mmmmm", "Mom". It was such a happy day for me. My daughter called me "mom". This reminds me to call our aunt who purchased it from the US to send to little J, if only I can find her number in USA Phone Numbers.

10 Reasons to be Thankful #6

I have a lot to be thankful. For sometiem I almost forgot to do this. I will try to do this everyday to remind me of the blessings that God is showering on me.

I am thankful because:
1. I got my first assignment from Blogvertise.
2. I found a new way of earning some moolah thank to aeirin.
3. I had a car to use yesterday to fetch little J.
4. I still have more than enough money for my budget.
5. I just bought a new toy for little from my blog earnings.
6. I was able to grab 3 opps today.
7. I woke up early, which gives me a better mood.

Papa's 54th Birthday

Last Sunday was Papa's 54th birthday. We had a small family gathering at Tita Nelly's house. Since most of our relatives are abroad, they were very few of us who are in attendance. My aunt called from Norway, she has been staying with my cousin for almost a year now. We all forgot to get her number, good thing there is Reverse Phone Book we can check back and get her number. Last year I was having porblem getting little J's birth certificate. I was getting all the legal documents for my passposrt renewal. I decided to get little J too, since and to apply for her a passport too. We are not going anywhere yet, but its better to have one in case we win a trip to Disneyland right? So back to my story. NSO didnt have her birth certificate, accourding to the clerk it is not files yet and I have to go back to the Hospital where I gave birth. Too much hassle but I went to the hospital to try getting it. Then we I reached the hospital, they asked me to go to the Local Governmnet office, and there they showed me a copy of the filing of her birth certicate. It is in a document as a Court Records.Its a proof that they already processed the registration. Then I had to go NSO main and wait in line for days. To cut the story short with all the trouble I still wasnt able to get it. Since it still has to be processed again.

Building blocks

I decided to buy building blocks for little J, she is almost 3.5 yrs old and I am thinking maybe she is to old for building blocks. I was not able to buy her decent building blocks when she was little and I believe that it was very wrong of me to buy her electronic toys than building blocks. Blocks looks a little primitive but it give better development for kids especially at a very young age. So it is better late than never. I purchased a 30pc set for little J from Come and Play. Debt Consolidation

For the past year I have been paying loan to my mom, my original loan was with my credit card to so my mom told me "To clear your debt from that credit card I will just lend you the money to pay for the whole principal and just pay me back per month". This is her way of helping me out, that is actually a better idea than to pay monthly to the bank and still earn interest. If I just pay directly to my mom, it will be like one year zero interest, a better deal. That's what I call non profit debt consolidation. I will only be paying to one person and she is not getting any profit from it.

To give a background on how I come up with such a large amount of debt is this. To let you know why do I have to come to a point of debt consolidation . About 2 years ago, a "friend" offered me to put up a construction business, being an architect, he will need me to guide him with the technical stuff. So with all his marketing efforts I agreed. I will be having my own business, earning my own money, not having a boss and spend more time with my little girl. I thought I'm very lucky to be offered such an opportunity, and so I thought. So I resigned from my well paying job and went to start the business with him and another partner. We had so many clients and I had to go back and forth from Laguna to Manila almost everyday. I will need a laptop to be able to work even when I'm in Laguna. So with his advised and his promise that it is the company who will pay for the monthly or the laptop I bought my very first, beautiful, and expensive laptop. To cut the story short, we got a lot of projects, the company earned a lot, but not me. I didn't earn a single cent. They we're just giving me half of what I was getting as salary from my previous job and to top that, I now have a P60,000 debt on the credit card, that is earning interest every month. Not only that, I have to pay for it plus the interest, but since I'm getting such a little amount every month, I wasn't able to pay for the credit card which earned a lot of debt. Eventually, I left the company, I didn't get anything but heartaches and a lot of debt.

Christmas Wish List#1 My Mommy's Tote

Since Christmas is very near I will be posting little J's Christmas Wish List, to give ideas to the Ninong and Ninang out there!
First on the list is My Mommy's Tote its a book, its a toy. I'm not quite sure, what I'm sure off is that little J will love to get this one.

My Mommy’s Tote is an interactive activity / board book (though it’s only loosely a “book” in that it’s really more like a three dimensional object with different sections that fold down somewhat like pages) for kids 3 and up. In many ways, this is about 50% toy and 50% book...but that adds up to 100% fun and interesting.

The book features more than 75 different objects (from mommy’s laptop to credit cards to keys to a handkerchief) and 30 activities (things come out, things fold open, clock hands that move, etc.), so there’s lots for busy little hands to get into. There’s even some learning involved, as there’s a spinning wheel that features the alphabet and numbers.

If you’ve got an active youngster that wants to dig into mommy’s real purse or tote, here’s a safe alternative to give them. With so many different things to look at and do, it should keep a youngster occupied for quite some time.

Miss United Nations

Its October and little J is having a presentation on the 25, She is assigned to be Miss Argentina. So I searched in the internet and looked for their national costume. Too bad I didn't find one.I should have searched in WebSite Reviews. I found out that they have a lot of topics that I can search.On the Top Website I can already find a lot of interesting facts. My next search would be a flad design of Argentina. I'm sure I'm going to find one in Talk Reviews.

Shopping online

Because of my new found earning abilities in blogging. I also learned a new skil which is Online shopping. I'm so happy to be able to buy things, without actually seeing my money spent. Yes my paypal acount is updating everytime I transfer and buy, but its not actual handheld money. It's a lot easier to spend it that way. It's extra money, not comming form my salary and therefore not coming from my monthly budget. I think my first purchase will be the come and play blocks.I wonder waht are the ratings for come and play in Website Reviews. It is not included in the Top Websites but I still think that their products are wonderful educational toys for toddlers

Introduction Spiel

I've searched for the national costume for little J. Now I have to look for an introduction spiel. It has to be in Argentinian language, just a short sentece decribing Argintina, just like how they do it in beauty pageants.

So, I stretched all the abilities of blogging and looked for Argentinian blogger. I am lucky to find 2, from Emilia's blog roll and they replied back. Here is zime's reply on my question what would be a good introduction for Argentina.

South Africa

I've always been facinated about South Africa, I'd like to go there and see all the animals. I have read a lot of things about the country, I found ineteresting pictures and stories in Top South African Websites. Contrary to what I've always thought of Africa, not all have dark skin. In fact a lot of beauty pageant contestant from South Africa are white skinned already. But I still think that dark skinned woman are as beautiful as the white skinned ones. They have certain aura, that exudes beautiful confidence.There might be someone that can Write a Website Review about the beautiful Africans.

Family Tree

I stayed up late last night because I had to help little J with her assignment. We have to do a family tree, our family lineage. So we cut and paste and researched, according to the teacher the one who will come up with the longest genealogy, the longest line of family history will get a prize. So I logged in the internet and check on this site that has a database of genealogy to check, its free genealogy so I tried, typed in my name and found several data, I'm not sure though if its the right linkage because those data are for the US, I doubt if the Philippines has something like that.

Alcatraz Prison

I was watching a documentary last night about Alcatraz Prison. It was fascinating and scary at the same time. I can only imagine how the prison looked like years ago. Filled with prisoners, the most scary ones for that matter. This prisoners are the ones that has done grave crimes, murder, rape, etc. I wonder if their names are still included in the inmate search of a website that has a database of all the names of the prisoners. Maybe I should try typing Alcatraz ans see.

Come and Play

I found this multiply site yesterday, they are selling educational toys. I liked it, in fact I love so many of the toys that I cant decide which one to order. I liek the puzzle because little J love puzzles. I love the easel too, because she likes to draw, sometimes on the wall so this is a good idea. Another choice would be the doll house.

Report forwarding, research even money transfers. One of the common way of forwarding information is by using forms. Several forms has to be filled up, most of the time they will be asking for the name, email address, phone number and mailing address. On my first form i didn't know my area code for the mailing address, so I'm thankful to find Area Code Finder

10 Reasons to be Thankful #5

Im trying my best to be a better person, to not always be angry but for the past two days, I wasnt able to do that but still there should be a lot more to be grateful thatn be angry.

1. I m thankful because I was able to grab 6 opps today. Would you believe that? 6 opps, double the daily quota. I was able to grab 3 at 10am, then another 3 as the clock strikes 12nn.
2. I had baon for lunch and I was bale to stick to my diet for today.
3. Little J woke up early and we had a nice morning together.
4. Although it was raining hard, I got in the office early and didnt encounter the expected traffic jam.
5. I am happy because I learned new things yesterday from the Archi cad seminar.
6. I am happy because I was able to write 4 articles last night to keep here as draft so that I have better things to post and not the out of the blue blah-blah-blah.
7. I am sticking to my spriutal goal of reading every chapter per night. Owie will be proud of me.
8. I am thankful that there are some things that I realized about life, that will eventually make me a better person.
9. I am thankful because papa will not be holding a party in our place tomorrow, instead we will hold it at Tita Nelly's house. We dont need to have a general cleaning.
10. I am thakful that Papa is celebrating his birthday tomorrow. This year he have a lot to celebrate, new job, new car and peace of mind.

My journey to a better Me

A few nights ago I finally decided to commit to change my life, to make it better. My life has been in deep s**t for the past 4 years. If I list the pro’s and cons that only thing that’s doing well in my life is little J. She is the only reason to smile, to live. But, I don’t just live for her; there are a lot of other things that I should consider to be really happy. I neglected everything else in my life except her; sometimes I even neglect her too. I’ve changed a lot, physically, spiritually, emotionally. So finally, I committed into changing that. I will start my journey to a better me.


Physically- I gained 55lbs in the past 4 years. My normal weight should be between 135-158lbs. I weigh 130lbs before all that happened. I don’t take care of myself at all. Most of the times I don’t even have the time of exert effort to comb my hair. If my teeth would not hurt, I think I’d even neglect brushing my teeth. I use to be beautiful, not just beautiful I was gorgeous. I was a ramp model and even won some beauty pageants for G*d’s sake. So I started my weight loss plan.

Emotionally- From that thing happened, I’ve always been angry, angry about me, angry on little J when she is not doing what I expect her to do. I am full of anger, Angry at my parents, angry at the nanny angry at everything and everybody. So I decided that I don’t like who I am, who I have become and I want to change that. So I started the 10 reasons to be Thankful, which I try to do everyday, to remind of all the other things that I should be grateful and stop being angry all the time.

Spiritually- I believe this is the key to everything, because of all the trauma, of all the hatred I stopped believing in God, in fact there was even a time that I was so angry at Him. I would like to believe now; I would like to be healed. I would like to be loved so I am starting, Purpose Driven Journal. Owie gave me Purpose driven book, and I will be turning around my life with the Help of this book.
